MYKONOS PSAROU PLACE(s) is built on the hill of Aghios Lazaros with a panoramic breathtaking view of the Psarou bay.
It is a two story residence of 125 sq.m., offering parking spaces for 3 conventional cars and sunny terraces in a quite area. No doubt it is an exceptional choice of accommodation with the amazing view of the windless bay of Psarou, where you will find luxurious private yachts and “Nammos” – the legendary all day club.
Our villa is located at a small distance from the Chora of Mykonos and it is also close to the most famous beaches of the island such as Platis Gyalos, Ornos, Paraga, Aghia Anna and Super Paradise.

1st Floor
On the 1st floor, you will find 3 large bedrooms with 3 comfortable bathrooms. A characteristic feature is that each bedroom has a private terrace which also operates as an independent (entrance) exit. Each bedroom is decorated with elegant furniture, making each of them unique.
Regarding the color palettes, you will find white and natural nude shades, while the natural breeze, marble floors and stone-built walls will certainly impress you.
The master bedroom, which is bigger than the rest, includes and additional sofa that converts into a comfortable double sized bed or two singles. For your convenience, on this floor you will find a small kitchen with a fridge, hot plate and all kitchenware needed in order to cook your breakfast.
Ground Floor
An internal stairway connects the ground to the first floor besides having and independent entrance. This is where the living rooms is located, the dining room and of course a fully equipped kitchen with all the electrical devices and kitchenware you could ask for, in order to prepare dreamy breakfast and lunches or romantic dinners. Marble decorations from the island of Tinos create a wonderful atmosphere in the bathroom you will also find in this floor. A three-seat sofa that can be converted into a double or two single beds is what you need for your afternoon siesta on the island. Relax your soul and spirit while enjoying the unlimited view of the Aegean sea and the comfort that our villa offers you.
A reference point of MYKONOS PSAROU PLACE, are the furnished ground floor terraces, If you are full in love or just idyllic you will fall for the sunsets and the summer moon which colors the luxurious yachts in the bay of Psarou. A 5-seat Jacuzzi is waiting to offer you the relaxation you need on this unforgettable holiday. Live the experience and enjoy the breathtaking view from the most wonderful balcony on the island of Mykonos.
(Upon arrival, the Jacuzzi is covered with a special cap and guests are offered towels. Foe hygiene reasons, water is changed and replaced on every booking).
A small laundry room is also located on the ground floor, where you can wash any clothes you need.
When returning from the beach and before entering the residence, you can wash off the sand using the external shower you will meet in the yard.
